What supporting documents do I need for the KYC process?

The identification document must contain your full name, an issue and/or expiry date, your place and date of birth or tax identification number or your signature.
You should also provide a recent utility bill, for example:
Your utility bill should not be issued more than 6 months to date and should display your address. The name on the bill/statement should be the same as on your identification document.

How can I update my personal information?

In case you’re not satisfied with their assistance and you feel that your case has not been resolved, please email us via the website and share as much details (your full name, account ID and the description of your situation) as possible.

Can I open a corporate trading account on your platform?
Yes, you can open a corporate trading account, but in this case you need to provide additional documentation for approval, for example:

How can I change the base currency of my account?
Currently you can’t change the base currency of your account, but you can open a new account in your preferred base currency. Contact us via email on the website for assistance.

Is there anything else to do before I start trading?
Yes, you have to fill the Appropriateness Assessment, which is a short questionnaire about your trading experience, and about your knowledge of the involved risks - so we can allow access to all trading options in our system.

Is the money on my trading account is safe?
Yes, we offer financial services on behalf of fully regulated European brokerage firms, which operations are fully transparent and overseen by regulators.

Can I withdraw my money if I have an open position?
You can withdraw funds as long as your position is backed and your free margin exceeds the amount specified in the withdrawal instruction (including all fees). The free margin is the minimum required amount to maintain your open position - in case you try to not leave sufficient free margin on your account, the system will not accept your request.
How long does the withdrawal process take?
Each withdrawal requests are processed by our back office team and get approved manually to maintain the highest security standards. Upon approval the withdrawn funds are being transferred as per your choice of payment payment and generally arrives to your account in 1-10 business days.
Is it possible that my withdrawal has not been processed?
